Chris Bennett

Chris Bennett is a specialist in financial and business strategies, and property and asset management. He brings a rich experience as a chartered accountant to the table. 

Trained as a Chartered Accountant under the ICAEW programme by PwC while being at the company he has worked for firms like Schlumberger, Level 3 Communications and at DTZ in the Property and Asset Management division. 

He is the co-founder and Managing Director of EVORA Global, a leading sustainable real asset investment and finance consultancy with its own ESG software, SIERA. 
ESG, SIERA, is designed specifically for the real estate market. It enables its clients to make investment decisions regarding climate change and sustainability. EVORA’s other services include Climate resilience, data intelligence, smart buildings, reporting, infrastructure, green finance, and social wellbeing. 

Its clients include the likes of M&G, Invesco Real Estate and Hines. EVORA Global won The ONE Award for Collaboration at the RARAs – the Reward and Recognition Awards by Liverpool ONE.

Chris trained as a Chartered Accountant under the ICAEW programme by PwC. While being at the company for about 5 years, he specialised in Corporate Recovery.  Thereafter, as a Finance Director, he was associated with Schlumberger and Level 3 Communications, where he was responsible for the key financial and business strategies and operations including treasury, tax, creation of joint venture structures, and business development.

He also served as the Managing Director of the Property and Asset Management division at DTZ, where he was responsible for all UK activities for 500 staff across 9 regional offices.
He founded EVORA Global in 2011 for ensuring sustainability to the Built Environment. The various products and services offered by EVORA Global include sustainable real asset investment, finance consultancy, and ESG software.

SIERA is EVORA’s ESG data management software. It is designed specifically for real estate professionals to achieve net zero carbon targets by enabling its users to make investment decisions regarding climate change and sustainability. 

EVORA Global has worked with many real estate organisations over the past eleven years mobilising and managing sustainability data for approximately 8000 assets across 38 countries. The company works with many global companies, with business fluency in 6 languages and offices in Germany, Italy and New York further extending its global reach and capability. 

Some of the clients with EVORA Global include the likes of M&G, Invesco Real Estate and Hines. Founded in 2011, the company staffs 200 employees. EVORA Global won The ONE Award for Collaboration at the RARAs – the Reward and Recognition Awards by Liverpool ONE.
